I print to order and create originals artworks, so unfortunately I am unable to offer any refund or exchange for any change of mind or incorrect size choice. 
Please take the time to choose thoughtfully. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately at hello@michelleneale.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
